Project Overview
The property required a combination of commercial and interior glass solutions. Delta Glass NJ fabricated and installed aluminum storefront door systems for the lobby, including doors with transoms and sidelights. The project also included shower door enclosures, an exercise-room glass partition system, and a clear glass panel installation in the lobby.
The goal was to create a clean, functional, and professional glass installation that worked across different areas of the property while maintaining a consistent commercial-grade finish.
Storefront Door Installation
For the lobby area, Delta Glass NJ fabricated and installed an aluminum frame storefront door system with a transom and sidelight.
The exterior lobby door was built with a bronze anodized finish and commercial-grade hardware. The system included a medium stile swing-out door, butt hinges, a Grade 1 closer, offset handle, push paddle, keyed cylinder, and insulated safety glass.
An additional interior lobby door was also fabricated and installed with a clear anodized finish. This door included a transom and sidelight, commercial hardware, and an electric release system.
These storefront-style entrance systems were designed for durability, daily use, and a professional appearance.
Exercise Room Glass Partition Wall
The project also included a glass partition wall system for an exercise room.
Delta Glass NJ installed a glass partition system with a single swing door, bronze anodized finish, and 1/2-inch clear tempered glass. The system was butt-glazed for a clean, open look while separating the exercise room from the surrounding interior space.
This type of glass partition is ideal for fitness rooms, office spaces, wellness areas, and commercial interiors where visibility, natural light, and separation are all important.
Shower Door Enclosures
Delta Glass NJ also fabricated and installed multiple neo-angle shower door enclosures for the project.
The shower enclosures were built using clear tempered glass and custom hardware. Neo-angle shower doors are commonly used when the bathroom layout requires an angled glass design instead of a standard inline or corner shower enclosure.
This part of the project shows Delta Glass NJ’s ability to handle both commercial glass systems and custom interior residential-style glass installations within the same property.
Lobby Glass Installation
Additional 1/2-inch clear glass was fabricated and installed in the lobby area. This added glass work helped complete the interior layout and gave the lobby a cleaner, more finished appearance.
